At 9 p.m. every day for the past seven weeks, Kay Davis could be found in a first floor room in a house across the street from the Puyallup Nazarene Church.

Lynette Rodes, wife of Pastor Rodes, spends part of the hour reading the bible. "It's so peaceful in here. I like it kind of quiet. You can read what people write and pray for them and join them in their prayers," Rodes said.
